• Weekly visits to ensure that the property is safe and secure, that no leaks or issues have occurred and to check the post box
• Ensure any required maintenance is being carried out to the proper standard
• Cleaning services for rental periods
• Tending to the grounds if required
• Property close down including turning off water supply and ensuring that the property heating is at the right level to prevent freezing
• Driveway, terrace and roof snow clearing
